Mount Kilimanjaro – Marangu Route

The Marangu Route, often referred to as the “Coca-Cola Route,” is the most established trail on Mount Kilimanjaro and the only route that offers hut accommodation instead of camping. This makes it a comfortable option for hikers who prefer sleeping in permanent mountain huts equipped with beds, mattresses, and shared dining areas.

The route follows a gradual ascent through lush rainforestmoorlandalpine desert, and finally to the summit of Uhuru Peak (5,895 m) — the highest point in Africa. With well-defined paths and a steady incline, the Marangu Route is often chosen by first-time Kilimanjaro climbers.

All climbs are led by professional mountain guides and supported by porters and a mountain chef. Meals are freshly prepared daily and served in the huts, providing warmth and comfort after each day of hiking.
